Refund Policy

At Dock to Door Cleaning Co., customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are handled for our cleaning services.

Deposits- Non Refundable

  • To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel or reschedule, your deposit may be applied toward a future service at our discretion, but it will not be returned as a cash or card refund.

Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment (such as severe weather or staffing issues), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your cleaning service at no cost if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, and your original deposit will carry over to the rescheduled appointment.

Refunds

  • Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-cleaning or partial refund at our discretion.

  • Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid or package services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All deposits and certain administrative fees are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access your property (due to locked doors, absence of the client, or other barriers), the appointment may be considered a no-show, and you may be charged the full service fee.
